She graduated from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Urgench State University and holds a master's degree in Automated Control Systems from Tashkent State Technical University — a leader who brings analytical thinking and an engineering mindset to school management. Over 15 years in education, including nearly 14 in leadership roles. She served for seven years as Deputy Principal of the Academic Lyceum of Turin Polytechnic University, then led district education departments of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education in two of the capital's largest districts, Olmazor and Chilonzor. One of the few school leaders with first-hand experience of both public and private education systems.
